1. Let’s Talk
We start with a conversation to understand your project and answer your questions. From there, we’ll book a site visit or consultation.
2. Your Plans
Already have plans, or still deciding? We can work with your architect or connect you with trusted designers to bring your ideas to life.
3. Contract & Guarantee
Once you’re happy with the proposal, we confirm the details with a Certified Builders contract, HALO 10-year guarantee, and a set start date.
4. The Build
Construction begins once approvals are in place. We keep you fully updated throughout, with open communication at every stage.
5. Completion
After final inspections and approvals, we walk through your finished project together. You’ll receive all guarantees and documentation.
